Stainless Steel Welded and Bolted Water Tank
Stainless steel water tanks are constructed from hot-pressed molded panels. To ensure superior quality, we utilize high-grade SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel as raw materials. These tanks effectively block sunlight, thereby preventing algae growth and maintaining water cleanliness at all times. Stainless steel is considered the optimal material for water storage applications. It offers two connection types: welding and bolted assembly.
Stainless steel panels are formed using hydraulic press molds. On-site, panels and accessories are joined through arc-argon welding technology. The welded surfaces are subsequently cleaned and passivated with acid to ensure that the welds remain rust-free. The yield strength of stainless steel is 1.5 times greater than that of carbon steel and six times greater than fiberglass, demonstrating excellent performance in terms of earthquake resistance and impact tolerance. The appearance and structure of the bolted type resemble those of hot-dip galvanized water tanks.
Single panels can be manufactured in sizes such as 1200x1200mm, 1000x1000mm, 1000x500mm, and 500x500mm.
