1 Product Description

          DFB Closed Cooling Tower uses COSMOSFLOWORKS for air flow and water flow optimization design, which makes it have excellent thermal performance, ensures higher operating efficiency and optimal overall performance.

          It has obtained ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental system certification. The products are assembled from standard parts under strict quality control to ensure that each cooling tower can achieve a uniform quality level.

          Material:Adopting Hot-dip galvanized steel skeleton and FRP composite material.Can be made of stainless  steel or galvanized steel according to needs.

          Advantages:High-efficiency cooling coil,low-noise motor, fully enclosed motor,outdoor-type fully enclosed pipeline pump,high-efficiency water baffle,high-strength structure.

3 Structure

 

(1) High-efficiency cooling coils
      Made of high-quality seamless steel pipes or stainless steel pipes, and hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment; the coils are all tested for air tightness at 2.5Mpa in water to ensure no leakage.
(2) Low-noise fan
      The low-speed, wide-blade fan manufactured with patented technology adopts airfoil-shaped hollow blades with adjustable blade angles, low noise and high efficiency.
(3) Fully enclosed motor
      Protection level IP55, can operate continuously for a long time in a humid and hot environment, and can be equipped with a dual-speed motor as an option.
(4) Outdoor fully enclosed spray water pump
      Large flow, low speed and low noise.
(5) High-efficiency water baffle
      Made of high-quality PVC material, the drift loss is less than one ten-thousandth, and it is installed in blocks and easy to disassemble.
(6) Water tray and panel
      Made of FRP composite material, it is non-corrosive and non-fading, making the cooling tower last longer.
(7) PVC anechoic blanket
      Can effectively reduce the water spray noise by 5~10dB (A).

1. Q: Are you Trading Company or Manufacturing Factory?
    A: We are both manufacturer and trading company. We have our own factory for almost 40 years, and we have better service for overseas customers. Welcome to your inquiry!

2. Q: I am interested in your products, could I get sample for free?
    A: We can supply a few pieces FREE samples if we have some in stock, and you only need to pay the freight cost. Welcome to send your inquiry for FREE samples!

3. Q: How about the Delivery time?
    A: 7-15days after receiving the deposit based on the MOQ. Normally, 15-35days to finish the order for a 20ft container. Welcome to ask for the detailed delivery time according to your order quantity!
