1. Q: Are you a Trading Company or a Manufacturing Factory?
A: We are both a manufacturer and a trading company. We have our own factory, which we have operated for almost 40 years, and this enables us to provide better service to our overseas customers. Welcome to your inquiry!
2. Q: I am interested in your products. Could I get a sample for free?
A: We can supply a few pieces of FREE samples if we have some in stock, and you only need to pay the freight cost. Welcome to send your inquiry for FREE samples!
3. Q: How about the Delivery time?
A: 7-15days after receiving the deposit based on the MOQ. Normally, 15-35days to finish the order for a 20ft container. Please feel free to ask for a detailed delivery time according to your order quantity.
4. Q: How can you guarantee the product quality?
A: We have a quality control system based on ISO 9001:2015, which is strictly followed. We also have a professional QC team, and each of our package workers will be in charge of the final inspection according to the QC instructions before packing.
5. Q: What is the payment term?
A: Basically, the payment terms are T/T, L/C at sight. Western Union, Alipay.
