SMC Combined Water Tank is a new type of water tank currently used internationally. It is assembled from high-quality SMC water tank panels. The SMC modular fiberglass water tank produced by our company fully meets the technical performance requirements of the National Bureau of Construction Industry Standard JC658.1-1997.
It is widely used in industrial and mining, enterprises, institutions, residences, hotels, restaurants and other buildings as drinking water, reclaimed water treatment, fire water and other water storage facilities.
SMC water tank is made of SMC sheet produced by food-grade resin, which is pressed by high temperature, high pressure and machinery. In the manufacturing process, the machine pressing molding method is adopted to increase the seismic and impact resistance, overcome the defect of uneven strength of hand-laid products, and improve the compressive strength and service life.
In terms of appearance design, the middle part of the plate is concave, which improves the pressure bearing capacity of the water tank. At the same time, the plate is equipped with 45° and 90° flanges around it. No corner connectors are required during assembly, which is more flexible and flexible.
SMC modular FRP water tank is assembled on-site from SMC molded plates, sealing materials, metal structural parts and piping systems, which brings great convenience to design and construction. General water tanks are designed according to standards, and special water tanks require special designs.
Specially developed finalized product sealing belt, which is non-toxic, water-resistant, highly elastic, has little permanent deformation, and is tightly sealed. The water tank has high overall strength, no leakage, no deformation, and is easy to maintain and repair.
