1 Product Description
SY-S4-72 FRP centrifugal fan is suitable for the exhaust and ventilation of harmful gases in petroleum, chemical, smelting, electroplating, sewage treatment, brewing, chemical, ideas and scientific research departments.
The modified fan has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, stable pressure curve, anti-corrosion and energy saving, easy installation and wide application range.
Model specifications: divided into three connection modes: A, C and D. Type A is directly connected to the motor, type C is connected with the belt, and type D is connected with the coupling through the transmission group.
Equipped with a three-phase asynchronous motor.
2 Component
FRP is a new type of composite material made of glass fiber as reinforcing material and synthetic resin as binder through molding and curing processes.
FRP has the characteristics of small specific gravity, high strength, stable thermal performance, good electrical properties and sound absorption, corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic, and wide temperature difference application range. It is currently an ideal energy-saving and anti-corrosion material.
3 Structure
The impeller of the centrifugal fan consists of backward curved airfoil blades, arc-shaped front and rear discs, and is made of fiberglass. It has a smooth surface, low resistance loss, compact structure, and improved aerodynamic performance.\
The casing and air inlet are also integrally formed with fiberglass. The collector is an arc-shaped surface. The impeller air inlet speed is uniform, ensuring the working efficiency of the blades.
Centrifugal fans are divided into right-handed and left-handed, and the outlet angle can be selected by the user.

1. Q: Are you Trading Company or Manufacturing Factory?
