Compressor

Adopting twin-screw (male and female rotor) structure, divided intosingle screw and twin screw, compressing refrigerant by rotary motionSmooth running, low noise, long life, suitable for large cooling capacitydemand.
Condenser
The fnned tube heat exchanger adopts seamless purple copper tubesand special aluminum fns with secondary stamping and flangingtechnology and double corrugated sheet type, and the copper tubesand fns are tightly bonded by the mechanical upturning of the tubes toachieve the best heat exchange effect.

Evaporator

Shell and tube or plate heat exchanger: The refrigerant evaporates inside the tubes and absorbs the heat from thechiled water outside the tubes to achieve refrigeration. The chilled water side is usually designed as a closed loorfor use at the user end (e.g. air conditioning end or process cooling).
Throttling Devices
Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) or Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV): Controls the refrigerant flow, regulates theevaporator liquid supply and ensures effcient heat transfer. Electronic expansion valves are more precise and canbe used with intelligent control systems to optimize energy effciency.
Microcomputer Controller
Monitor pressure, temperature, current and other parameters torealize automatic start-stop, load regulation, fault protection (such ashigh and low pressure protection, overload protection).
