Stainless Steel FRP Anticorrosion Axial Fan Blowers for Factory

T35-11 Axial-flow blower is a kind of ventilators with high efficiency and low pressure which the engine committee recommend to use. In addition to the same functions as the congener metal ventilators, the blower has virtues of light\low noise\well run\high efficiency and anticorrosion.

This kind of products can be used not only in chemical plant\machine building\printing and dyeing\electroplating\paper making\food processing etc fields but also in theaters\hotels\offices and other dwelling houses to let fresh air in and stale air out. If take off the shelf, it can be used as free fan or used as a part of a vent-pipe to increase the wind pressure in the pipeline.

ST35-11 blower is equipped with apiece-pole electromotor joined with impeller directly. The engine casing is columnar; The direction of rotation is clockwise. According to the impeller's diameter this kind of blower can be classified into thirteen types from NO2.8 to NO11.2. The four vanes can be assembled 15\20\25\30\35 five species angle. Because of the different angle of impellers assembling and the different rev of principal axis, the wind pressure\air quantity and power are different.

DIRECTIONS OF FIX AND USE
A\Connecting type should be taken into account when the blower is connected with pipeline to reduce the loss of dynamic pressure. The diffuser cannot be equipped if the diameter of pipeline is less than one point five times wind tuner's diameter, yet the length of the pipeline is shorter than five to eight times of the pipe's dia. Otherwise the diffuser should be equipped. (picture one below) If used in longer pipeline the blower can be fixed in series to increase the wind pressure, but the distance between the two blowers should not be too far. (picture two below)

B\We must check parts carefully to find whether they are damaged, whether there are friction between impeller and other parts, whether the clearance between the vane and intake before fixing.
C\The weight of the pipe connected with uptake should be supported separately not supported by wind tuner.
D\Collective ventilator and wire netting should be fixed in the side of the Arial's intake.

E\The base of blower and the groundsill should be smooth. When fixing the blower should be kept in horizontal position, then tighten the screws.
F\This kind blower can't be hoisted. After fixing, we should test run the blower.
G\We should check the pontes of the blower if we use it after a long time' stoppage.

H\We should check whether the screw is loosen, whether the wire coat is damaged and repair.
I\Pay attention to whether there is unwonted noise when the blower is running and repair in time.Axial Flow Blower
1.Application:
ZHT35-11 axial flow blower is mainly used for the air change and strength the heating radiator in factory, warehouse, office, residence and other situations. Also it can install in the exhaust pipe with long interval series to improve the air pressure in the pipeline.
 
2. Model
(1) This series products can be divided into 13 device number according to the impeller diameter: No.2.8, 3.15, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2. Each model can be installed into 15°,20°,25°,30°and 35°five kind angles
(2) This series product adopts to the straight league structure which the impeller is installed on the motor shaft directly. There are three  rotated speeds: 2900 r/min, 1450 r/min and 960 r/min. The rotation direction  is clockwise(observation by the motor direction.)  Before delivery, all of fans should be tested to guarantee the operation smooth.
 
3. The Structure:
This kind of axial flow blower is mainly composed by three parts such as impeller, casing and air collection device.
(1) Impeller: composed by blade and wheel hub. The material of blade is sheet steel, it is welded on the wheel hub according to the selected installation angle.



(2) Sheel: composed by air duct and support. The material is sheet steel. The air duct is cylindrical and there is a certain gap between the impeller.


(3) Air Collection Device: composed by the flange and air collection device. The material is sheet steel and it is arc streamlined to reduce the the loss of air inlet.

6.Installation and Maintain

Installation:
1.Before installation, the blower should be carefully checked whether the deformation due to package or shipping damage before installation. If damaged, it should be repaired before installation.
2. It should be checked the connection part of the loose leaves when installation Installation and duct clearance should be uniform, not scratching.
3, The weight which connecting the outlet of the pipeline should not be bear by the fan duct. It should plus the support when installation.
4, The fan base must be spontaneous combination with the ground plane and must not force the connection. 
5  After installation, you must first be tested to be operating normally before official use.
Maintain:
1.The air through the blower must be clean and dry.not mixed with impurities and excessive water vapor;
2, fans are not allowed to lifting, re-use in long idle connections must be checked whether the part of the solid and reliable rotation is flexible and after commissioning before official use;
3, always pay attention to the fan in operation without abnormal sound, vibration is increased, found irregularities, should be timely maintenance
